Terms & Conditions for Baggage
MTRWESTERN expressly disclaims liability for any lost or damaged baggage and for any injuries caused by or resulting from shifting bags during transport. We strongly recommend all passengers keep personal belongings and valuables such as electronics, medications, passports, and jewelry in their possession at all times.
• Bags must comply with our Baggage Policy, including weight, size, and content guidelines.
• We do not check bags and do not guarantee the secure transport of items stored underneath the coach.
• Bags loaded are done so at the passenger’s own risk and must be loaded or retrieved in the presence of a staff member.
• All baggage should be properly tagged inside and out with your full name and contact information.
• Items that are prohibited or improperly packaged may be refused or removed.
Baggage Assistance
If you need help with your luggage while at the terminal or boarding, please notify your driver or a staff member. Special handling tags are available for passengers with disabilities, seniors, or those traveling with children.
