MTRWESTERN operates six full service maintenance shops in the Pacific Northwest. Each shop is on call 24/7 to assist should an issue arise. Our mechanics are also licensed commercial drivers, enabling them to drive a new bus to the scene of a breakdown, allowing the passengers, luggage, and cargo to transfer safely and resume the journey while the bus is repaired on site or taken to the garage.
When our busses travel outside the region, MTRWESTERN’s Repair Center Network throughout the USA, Mexico, and Canada is at the ready to assist.
